As a seeker of living a fully present life, Bridget was drawn to a practice of mindfulness and yoga at a young age. Aside from being trained in the practice of Ashtanga Yoga, Bridget's education includes

​

  • 200-hour RYT in MindBody Centering Yoga (MBCY) with Nina Be (2015)

  • Apprenticeship with MBCY by assisting in 200-hour YTTs (2017-2018)

  • 500-hour RYT in MBCY (2018- )

Bridget believes in living a life full of joy and gratitude that is free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide her practice and teaching, which is heavily focused on the mind-body connection.  Bridget's classes are playful and accessible, focusing on linking movement with breath and practicing safe, mindful alignment. 

​

  • Global Breath Studio

  • Duke University 

  • Durham Crisis Response Center

  • Durham Boys & Girls Club  

  • Raleigh Correctional Center for Women

 

Aside from her studio and community classes, Bridget offers solo and group private sessions tailored specifically for your practice, whether you are just starting out in yoga or have been practicing for years. Private sessions can range from restorative yoga all the way through handstand and inversion practice. Just submit a form in the "private yoga" tab and I will contact you shortly.
