Private sessions are beneficial for students ranging from new yogis to advanced practitioners. Perhaps you are just starting out with yoga, and want to learn more about the fundamentals of Asana before going into a class. Private sessions allow us to focus on just you, make sure you are getting off to the best start and also help you to feel comfortable integrating into public classes.
Maybe you've been practicing for a while, but would like to spend more time in specific postures, learn about alignment, deepen your practice or create your own sequences. For more experienced students, private sessions allow you the opportunity to deepen your insight into your practice.
